Frank Belawicz, 93, of Phoenix, NY, passed away in Oswego, NY on Feb. 16, 2013. Born in Nanticoke, PA on Mar. 24, 1919 to his late parents, John and Mary (Vasiliavskas). A U.S. Army veteran 1939-1945, Sgt.
Predeceased by his wife of 30 years, Audrey Irene (Smith) Sept. 17, 1976; two brothers; two sisters.
Frank was a maintenance technician for the Metropolitan Water Board, St. Rt. 31, Clay, NY, where he had served as a union steward. Former member of Lions Club; VFW; Board of Appeals, Phoenix; Republican Party Oswego County.
Surviving are his daughters, Valarie Lea Ensworth of
San Diego, CA, and Deborah Ann Pratt of Sarasota, FL; one son, John J. (Luz E.) Bellis of Miami, FL; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
