R.I., died at St. Mary hospital, Kankakee, at eight oclock Tuesday night.
The parents had come Wednesday last week for a vacation at the home of Mrs.
Baileys parents, Mr. and Mrs. Will Harris, and the child became ill the
following day. On Sunday he was taken to the hospital, suffering from a bowel
obstruction, which an operation on Tuesday failed to relieve.
Funeral services will be held at the Ruge chapel at 2:30 oclock today with the
Rev. W.O. Klopfenstein in charge. Burial will be in Union Corners cemetery.
The child was born in Providence, R.I. on Aug. 30, 1945. Surviving in addition
to the grief stricken parents, are maternal grandparents above mentioned, two
aunts and two uncles.
