Augustus Clyde, 86, Harrisburg, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2004 at home. He retired from the Bethlehem Steel Corp., a U. S. Army Veteran of World War II, a member of The Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church and loved singing and watching TV. Augustus leaves to celebrate his life, his beloved wife, Juanita L. Clyde; his daughters, Betty A. Trawick of Macon, GA and Myra Thompson; his sister, Willean Clyde, both of Harrisburg; his brother, Thomas Clyde of Norfolk, VA; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grands; 2 great-great grands and a host of other relatives and friends.
