She was born in Baker and lived in Helix and Forest Grove before moving to Salem in 1963. She was a member of the Oregon Wheat Growers League and Order of Eastern Star and enjoyed bowling and cooking programs.
Survivors include her husband, Owen, whom she married 37 years ago; daughter, Kelly Foster of Helix; son, Bruce Brogoitti of Helix; mother, Mary Troxel of Salem; brother, Arthur Paige of Salem; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Virgil T. Golden Chapel. Private entombment will be in Belcrest Mausoleum.
