Helen G. Anderson died at the Ray Hickey Hospice House on November 19, 2012. Helen Geraldine Keller was born August 5, 1918 in Delia, KS. She was the eighth of nine children born to Robert Roy and Almena (Redmon) Keller. She attended schools in Jackson County, KS, until her family moved to Wenatchee, WA, in 1936. She married Floyd Williams February 26, 1938 in East Wenatchee. To this union, two sons were born—Jackson (1939) and Michael (1943). After her marriage to Floyd ended in divorce, she married Eugene D (Mac) McKeithan in 1959 and Russel V. (Andy) Anderson in 1978. Helen was a talented artist, and her family has many of her paintings to remember her by. She also loved her family, gardening, traveling, dancing and attending cultural events. She was so excited when her grandchildren were born and spent as much time as she could with them. Among her favorite trips with Andy were the ones to Sweden and New Zealand. After the death of Andy, she moved from Shoreline to Battle Ground in 2006 to be closer to her son, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
