Knight of Barnack, Northamptonsire, of Claygate in Thames Ditton, Berwell abnd Coombe in Kingston-upon-Thames, Long Ditton, Morehall in Ealton on James, Stoke Guildford, Surrey. In right of his wife, of Stoke D'Abernon, Surrey.

Son and heir to David Vincent of Barnake and Elizabeth Spencer.

Husband of Jane Lyfield, daughter of Thomas Lyfield and Frances Bray. They were married before 1575 and had two sons and one daughter; Sir Francis, Bray and Jane.

In 1578 they sold the manor of Barnack to William Lord Burghley, Treasure of England. In 1578 he conveyed the manor of Stoke Guildford to Laurence Stoughton. In 1595 he sold the manor of Berwell to Edward Carlton.
