Funeral services were held at Heritage Funeral Home for Bessie Sue Mullin Adams who died on February 24, 2005. Interment followed at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
Affectionately known as "Mama Sue" and "Meemaw", Bessie was born on December 24, 1934 to Ray Mullin and Bessie Pearl Mullin. She married R.C. Adams, Jr. on November 5, 1952.
She was survived by her mother; one son, Ron Adams; one daughter, Diana Harris; one granddaughter, Susan; along with all her adopted kids, one brother, one sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her father, and one brother.
