Memorial services were held at the Central Church of the Nazarene, 12600 W. 87th St., Lenexa, KS, 66215, February 26th, 2005. Cindy wanted to be cremated. Cindy worked at the Internal Revenue Service Center for 27 years. After being married for 30 years Cindy had just lost her husband Mike in June of 2004. Trying to bounce back from that tragedy she began attending church and life was looking up. She had some wonderful friends and had just become engaged on February 12th to Terry and was making plans for a July wedding.
Cindy was the youngest daughter of Burris and Barbara Taggart. She was the sister of Diane Taggart and Terrie McGill.
She leaves behind her fiance, Terry North, and his children, Braden, Brittlei and Bretton.
