Former Skaneateles Resident Alice Josephine Hatch Butler, 71, of 404 Sunrise Dr., Syracuse died March 3. Mrs. Butler was born in Skaneateles and lived in Skaneateles 12 years. She was a retired Artist and a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology. She attended St. Paul's Methodist church.
She is survived by a sister, Margaret H. Lewis of Syracuse; and a brother, Lee W. Hatch Sr., of Turlock, California. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 6 at the Robert D. Gray Funeral Home, Skaneateles, the Rev. Gary Hakes officiating. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery.
