Mrs. Fred Abbott (Electa Wixon), 83, of 844 First St., died Sunday evening in Wood County Hospital.
She was a retired custodial worker at Bowling Green State University.
Mrs. Abbott was born Aug. 2, 1889 in Dowling to Mr. and Mrs. George Wixon (Estella Heminger). She married Mr. Abbott Feb. 5, 1910. He is deceased.
Surviving are one son, Jack, Bradner; one daughter, Mrs. Caroline Springstead, Helena; six grandchildren and for great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Wednesday in the Deck Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
