She was born in Benton, the daughter of Paulette Johnson and the late Jerry McPhail.
Kristy volunteered with Beta Sigma Phi and other non-profit organizations to help those in need. She loved her family and adored animals, especially her cats. She loved to read, decorate and help others with interior design.
Kristy is survived by her husband of 15 years, Jason Daniel Siebert; daughter, Michaela Lee Siebert; mother, Paulette Johnson; grandmother, Jackie Siebert; mother and father-in-law, Sandra and Jerry Siebert; sister and brother-in-law, Andrea and Steve Loury; sister-in-law, Lisa Siebert; brother-in-law, Brian Siebert; nieces and nephews, Ashlie, Ariel, and John Smith, Steven and Timothy Loury, BriAnn and Gage Siebert; close friends, Angela Lees, Aimee Figueroa-Castro, Lynn McIntosh, Stacy Norment, and other close friends and family around the world; cats, Snowball, Kali, Jasper, Leo, Smudges and Patches.
She was predeceased by her grandparents, Glen and Barbara Shadley, and Harold Siebert.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 11, Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, Va., with Pastor Jason Hawks officiating. Burial will follow in Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Scholarship Fund for Michaela.
