Donna married Gerald Neeley of Eldorado, Oklahoma. Two children: Gwen and Alan. Donna & Gerald were owners of Eldorado Farm Supply, Inc. They raised Angora goats and also grew wheat and cotton.

Donna S. Neeley was born April 22, 1941 in Tulsa, Oklahoma the daughter of Harvey and Laura (Williams) Hess. Donna died Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at St. Francis South in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was 71 years of age.
Donna was a 1959 graduate of Broken Arrow High School. She received her Associates Degree from Western Oklahoma State College She was a Book Keeper for Wagoner County Rural Water District. She moved to Broken Arrow 14 years ago from Altus, Oklahoma. She enjoyed movies, crafts, sewing and reading.
She is survived by: Daughter, Gwen and husband Mark Nadig, Ft. Richardson, AK; son, Alan and wife Stacy Neeley, Turlock, CA; grandchildren, Kaleb, Hannah; sister, Marjorie and husband Victor Metcalf, Broken Arrow, OK; brothers, Dick and wife Janice Hess, Broken Arrow, OK; Bill and wife Kathy Hess, Goodman, MO; Harvey Hess, New Castle OK. She was preceded in death by sisters, Verda, Velma, Dorothy and brothers, Bob and Dean and her parents.
