He was married while attending Las Vegas High school July 30, 1977 and is survived by his wife of 35 years, Kimberly Anderegg Douglass; two children, Chris and Andrew Douglass of Las Vegas; his mother Joyce Bell Weatherly of Palestine and brother Derryll Douglass of Marion, Va.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Douglass; and brother Guy Douglass of San Diego.
Mark was a faithful Christian and will be missed by friends and family. We thank Mark for his loving memories. His death has touched us all and has caused our tears to fall. We look forward to the moment God will unite us again.
A memorial service will be held February 9, 2013 at Twin Lakes Baptist Church in Las Vegas. A celebration of Mark's life will be held in Palestine and burial will take place in Montalba at a later date.
