He was a native of Metcalfe County; a retired truck driver for Fleet Transport; former owner of the old Port Oliver Boat & Motor in Scottsville; and a member of Masonic Lodge #940 and Green Acres Baptist Church. Survivors: his wife, the former Geraldine Wilson; a son, Floyd T. Fegett; his mother, Trula Fegett; brothers Charles & Richard Fegett; and two grandchildren. Funeral: 1 p.m. Friday, Arch L. Heady Okolona, 8519 Preston Highway. Burial: Scottsville Cemetery. Visitation: 2=9 p.m. Thursday.
