Mrs. Hans Anderson, 88, Janesville resident since 1929, died at 4:30 this morning in her home, 1414 S. Third St. She had been ill for the past two months. Mrs. Anderson was a member of First Lutheran Church.

The former Anna Marie Kammerud was born Nov. 35, 1866, in Hadeland, Norway, coming to Argyle, Wis. in 1884. She was married in Argyle to Andrew Jacobson, Feb. 11, 1887. He died in 1900. Mrs. Jacobson and Hans Anderson were married in 1902.

Surviving are her husband; four daughters, Mrs. Otto Preuss and Mrs. H.D. Slawson, both of Janesville; Mrs. Richard Finley and Mrs. Gilman Olson, both of Darlington; 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ole Kammerud, Argyle and Iver Kammerud of South Dakota. Two daughters, Mrs. C.C. Rohr, Edgerton and Mrs. Vern Schutt, Janesville preceded her in death as did a grandson, Lt. Homer Don Slawson who was killed in action in World War II in 1944...
