Isabelle Robinson Beggs, 90, a resident of Arnold for two years, died Jan. 4 at Future Care-Chesapeake in Arnold, Maryland.

Born Nov. 6, 1914, in Cambridge, Mrs. Beggs was the daughter of the late Thomas Steele and Athea Abbott Gray Robinson. She was a former Miss Cambridge and model.

Mrs. Beggs was a member of Sherwood United Methodist Church and Miles River Yacht Club Ladies Auxiliary and was active with United Way of Maryland. She was a noted Eastern Shore cook who enjoyed entertaining and playing ragtime on the piano.

In 1932 she married Stanley Raymond Harrison, an Eastern Shore business owner. Following his death, she married Harry W. Beggs, a University of Maryland professor and Dorchester County agent for the Department of Agriculture's Extension Service, who also is deceased.

She was predeceased by seven brothers and sisters.

Surviving are two daughters, Shirley Harrison Landon of Easton and Faye Harrison Bent of Crownsville; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Burial, at Sherwood United Methodist Church Cemetery in Sherwood, Talbot County.
