Noah French, a Pioneer Preacher of Des Moines, Dies at the Age of 91 Years. Noah French of lull Des Moines street, a retired minister of the Inited Brethren church, and the first preacher to make hla home In Des Moines and remain her frr the rest of his life, died late Sunday l ight at the age of n years. The Rev. .Mr. French was formerly a circuit rider, and was known throughout the slate at a time when it was little, more than a wilderness. Hp fought during tho civil wax and returned to make his home In Des Moines. He, has been nursed during a long Illness by his aged wife.
