MEXICO - Gladys O. (Gannett) Dunning. 86, a resident of RD 3, North Street, died Sunday at Oswego Hospital. Mrs. Dunning was a life resident of Mexico. She was the daughter of the late Irving and Olive (Kenyon)Gannett . She and her husband owned and operated the Dunning General Store in
Mexico for more than 30 years. Mrs. Dunning was a former Deacon of the Mexico Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Victoria Chapter 205. OES
She was a a former charter member of the Mexico Duplicate Bridge Group and a former member of the Oswego County Association for Retarded Children.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold Dunning, who died in 1971. Surviving are a daughter. Barbara Campbell of Mexico, a son, Charles G. of Canastota; two sisters Catherine Gannett and Ruth Rose. Funeral services will be Wednesday with burial in Mexico Village cemetery.
