Sarah is the wife to Deacon Amos Chase. Sarah & Amos had 13 children. We are only aware of ten of those children getting married & having children of their own. These are the Children I have: 1. Samuel, 2. Rebecca, 3. Hannah, 4. Sarah, 5. Betsy, 6. Amos Jr., 7. Joseph I, 8. Anna, 9. John, 10. Olive, 11. Daniel, 12. Mary, 13.Abner. We are looking for the resting places of their son, Joseph Chase(1754-1797) & his wife, Olive (Woodman) Chase(1756-1841). It is through Joseph & Olive that our branch of the Chase lineage comes down through. Long forgotten and now remembered family members are being introduced to the next generation of our branch of the Chase Family. In the hunt for these very old burials, F.A.G. volunteers have run into all sorts of things. No marker, a buried marker or no burial record at all. Also a pesky Mother Nature throwing in a few challenges. The only record is recorded on a marker(if it can be still read) or in an obituary. For working so hard & sometimes going the second mile, we thank you F.A.G. volunteers for finding them for us. Your efforts are well worth it. Connecting our next generation to them, so they can understand where they came from. Will hopefuly help them to understand where they may be going. At least with our line they will see & understand the pioneering spirit of those families from long ago.
