Mrs. Delbert Shriver
LEETONIA - Mrs. Helen Mae Shriver, 36, of 435 Somer St. died at 12:55am today at her home. She had been ill for seven months.
Born in Columbiana June 28, 1918 she was the daughter of Charles and Stella Tyson Couchie.
She was a member of the 1936 graduating class of Leetonia High School, the Methodist Church, the Women's Society of Christian Service and the Lisbon chapter of the Daughters of America.
She was married April 17, 1938 to Delbert Shriver, who survives. She also leaves a daughter Beverly Jean, and a son, James Richard, of the home; her parents Mr. and Mrs. Charles Couchie; a sister; Mrs. Ruth Cleckner of Leetonia; and two brothers, Wilbur of Alliance and Glen of Salem.
Service will be Monday at 2:30pm at the Woods Funeral Home, with Rev. Robert Ferguson officiating. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery.
