Faye Gulick, 70, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2007, at Western Plains Medical Complex, Dodge City.

She was born Oct. 9, 1937, to Clebert Franklin and Iva Jane (Shelton) Lewis in Coffee County, Tenn.

She married Glenn Dean Gulick on Dec. 25, 1958, at Manchester, Tenn. He preceded her in death Jan. 12, 2006.
She graduated from Central High School, Manchester, Tenn., and the St. Thomas School of Nursing in Nashville, Tenn.

She had been a resident of Bucklin since 1958.
A retired registered nurse, she retired in 2004 after being with Western Plains Medical Complex for 14 years.
She was a member of the Bucklin Christian Church and a past member of the Pairs and Squares Square Dancing Club of Dodge City and the Quilts Club of Minneola.

Survivors include two sons, Frank and wife, Terry, Harriman, Tenn., and Dan and wife, Paula, Ness City; one daughter, Glenna Day and husband, Rick, Bucklin; six brothers, Ed Lewis, Shelbyville, Tenn., Leroy Espy, Lynchburg, Tenn., Wayne Espy, Murfreesboro, Tenn., Ray Espy, Shelbyville, Junior Espy, Farris, Texas, and Eddy Espy, Morrison, Tenn.; three sisters, Carolyn Jacobs, Lynchburg, Pat McDonald, Garland, Texas, and Elaine Lambert, also of Garland; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Robert; one brother, Hoyt Espy; and one sister, Betty Croft.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bucklin Christian Church, with Tim Garrett presiding. Burial will be in the Bucklin Cemetery.
