Everett J. Weiher passed away at home on Jan. 4th. He was 80. Everett and twin sister Elsie Bickar were born Feb. 27, 1923 in Wray, CO.

During WWII he served in the U.S. Army, serving 2 years in China. Since then he has lived in the local area.

Everett married Clara Jones in 1962. He was an avid citizen band radio operator and made many friends across the United States.

He retired from the Lewis County assessor's office in 1985.

Preceding him in death are parents John and Mary Weiher, wife Clara and brothers Herman and Irvin.

He is survived by brother Oliver Weiher, Chehalis and sisters Mabel Serl, College Place, Ruby Shepard and Elsie Bickar, both of Chehalis and numerous nieces and nephews.
