Ellen was a bookkeeper for Kline's Department Store for the last 10 years before retirement. She also worked in other retail positions including Pranges and The Record Shop throughout her many years of employment. She was a faithful member of First English Lutheran Church. She loved dancing to the big bands of her day and you couldn't keep her away from a parade or a marching band. Ellen was the most kind and caring individual you would ever want to meet. Her family meant everything to her. She will be remembered for that loving care she gave to her family and her Grandsons will remember all that she did for them for they were one of the most important things in her life.
Ellen is survived by her two daughters: Barbara (Tom) Edwards of Wautoma and Debra (Al) Wilson of Oshkosh; grandchildren: Christopher (Suzanne) Eichman, Andrew Wilson and Kyle Wilson; great-grandchildren: Alexis and Dalaney; and her sister, Jeanette Moody of Stillwater, MN.
The funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Lake View Memorial Park, 2786 Algoma Blvd., Oshkosh, with Rev. Ralph Hanusa officiating. Friends will be received at the cemetery chapel on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Entombment will be in Lake View Memorial Park
