Predeceased by his wife, Mary Harney Alden and son, David E. Alden, Jr. Survived by daughter, Pamela Dunn-Alden of Tallahassee; sons, William (Amie) Alden of Geneseo, Jonathan Alden of Tallahassee, Robert (Kathy) Alden of Woodstock, GA; sister, Priscilla (Al) Ringer of Wolfsboro, NH; 13 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Also survived by devoted friend, Claudia Nelson of Tallahassee.
