Ulysses Jasper Peltier was my Grandfather on my dads side. He was born in Kansas and married my Grandmother, Bertha Jeanette Lynch (maiden name). Ulysses proceeded her in death and went by the nickname "Jay". My grandmother, Bertha did remarry later in life. They are now burried side by side in the same cemetery. Jay is missed and loved by his family.
