She was a homemaker and had worked at Baxter-Travenol for 10 ½ years. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and Daughters of Isabella. She enjoyed playing pinochle with her friends, listening to polka music and baking for her family.
She is survived by three sons, Eddie Lang of Ellis, Floyd Lang and wife Cindy of Mountain Home, AR. And Roger Lang and wife Trena of Springfield, MO; a daughter, Danita Fisher and husband Paul of Ellis; three brothers, Ervin "Sunny" Herman, Lawrence "Lawdy" Herman both of Ellis and Leroy Herman of Westminster, CO; two sisters, Sr. Annice Herman of Fon Du Lac, WI. and Rita Mae Shubert of Lakewood, CO; eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 11, 2013 at St. Mary's Church in Ellis. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6 PM to 8PM and Friday 9:00 A.M. – 9:45 A.M all at the church.
A Daughters of Isabella rosary service will be Thursday at 7 PM followed by a parish vigil all at the church. Arrangements in care of Keithley Funeral Chapel 400 E. 17th Ellis, KS. 67637.
