Blanche was the daughter of James and Beulah Kilham and the first wife of Lawrence Coulter. She was survived by her mother Beulah Miller, her husband, children Joan Best, Franklin and Sharon Coulter, and a sister Margaret Giffin.
She was predeceased by two baby daughters, Gloria in 1942 and Ann in 1952. Her son Franklin would pass away in Oct. 1952.
Blanche was a member of the Brownsville Church of the Brethren.
I remember my great-grandmother Gladys often said she liked Blanche a lot. They were sisters-in-law.
