Died at 2:10 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. He was 48, a native and life-long resident of Brusly. He was operating engineer for Kaiser Aluminum and a veteran of World War II. Body at Wilbert Funeral Home in Port Allen until 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Rosary will be said at 11 a.m. Saturday. Religious services at St. John the Baptist Church, Brusly at 3 p.m. Saturday. Burial in church cemetery. Survived by 6 brothers, Leon J. of Baton Rouge, Eldridge of Addis; Lloyd J., Lynn J., Stuart J. and Doyle J. Chustz, all of Brusly; a niece Donna Chustz of Addis; a nephew, Aubin Chustz of Baton Rouge. He was a member of the Disabled Veterans. Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daily Chustz.
