Not entirely certain but believe she was Emancipated on May 21, 1862 and appears to have been living with a family named Birch in the 1870 Census.
Further reason to believe she is the correct Jane Hall is the location of the cemetery she is buried in. The Northern and Western areas of the cemetery contain almost all of the people of color. She seems to be in section 21.

Marker seems to indicate March 28, but death certificate lists March 29th, 1891.
