He died at home. Survived by three daughters, five sisters, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was born in Worcester MA and moved to Palmer MA in 1941. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving in the Pacific. He was a painter for Monson Developmental Center for 11 years before retiring. He previously was a machinist for Colorado Fuel & Iron for 30 years. He was a member of St. Thomas Church and the American Legion Post 130. He also served more than 25 years with the Volunteer Palmer Fire Department.
