Paul was born in Sacramento, June 10, 1934. He passed away Dec 28, 2012.
Paul and Karen were married November 11, 1967.
Paul graduated from Oroville High School in 1952. He was in the Army from 1957-1963, and traveled to many countries.
After he was discharged from the Army, he worked at Safeway in the produce department as a supervisor. Then he worked at the State as a surveyor for the Oroville Dam. After that he worked at various financial institutions. He was part owner of Northwest Creditors Service for twenty-four years.
Paul was in various organizations such as, Modesto Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, SOS, and was on the board at Del Rio Country Club, He was an avid golfer.
Paul was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great- Grandfather. He loved his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Karen; his brother, Calvin Buck III (Claudia); his children, Linda Cross (Bob), Michael Caudel, Renee' Melton (Kennie) and Gordon Buck; he is also survived by his grandchildren, Jenny Gonzalez (Rick), Jason Wutzke, Christopher Melton, Melissa Melton, Joshua Buck, Jeffrey Cross and Chelsea Buck; as well as three great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Calvin Myron Buck II and Hulda Leona Gould.
Services have been entrusted to Franklin & Downs Funeral Home and will be held, Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 11AM at our McHenry Chapel, 1050 McHenry Avenue, with a burial to follow at Burwood Cemetery in Escalon.
A Memorial will be held following the burial at Del Rio Country Club.
