Services for S. E. Sessions, 86, of Marshall, were held Wednesday, February 26 in the O.T. Allen & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Alto with Rev. Larry Wright officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Wells.

Mrs. Sessions was born July 4, 1904 in Tuscaloosa, AL., and died Monday, February 25 in Marshall. She lived in Marshall for 42 years and was formerly of Wells. She was the owner and operator of Sessions Lumber Co. and was a member of the First Methodist Church of Marshall, the Eastern Star and Who's Who of American Women.

Mrs. Sessions was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Sessions.

Survivors: sons, Billy Rube Sessions of Marshall; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Mrs. H. C. Polk of Lufkin.
