Retired Crown Zellerbach employee Mike J. Nichols, 68, of Winlock, Wash., died Sun. April 6, in Chehalis, Wash.
A resident of Camas for 22 years before moving to Winlock last November, Mr. Nichols was a member of the Golden Crown Club, and was born in Belgrade, Neb. Feb. 10, 1901.
Services were to be held Wed., April 9, at 3 p.m. at Swank Memorial Chapel with the Rev. John E. Martin officiating. Interment to follow in Fern Prairie Cemetery.
Survivors are his wife Mabel, at home in Winlock; three sons, William of Portland, Jerry of Vancouver, and Richard of Winlock; two daughters, Mrs. W. G. (Nadine) Pehl, Chehalis, and Mrs. George (Arlene) Conner, Camas; four brothers, Clarence Nichols, Fremont, Neb., Clyde of Belgrade, Neb., Perry Nichols of Camas, and Glee Johnson of Washougal; four sisters, Mrs. Edna Howe, Nellye LaFlamme and Pearl Eggers, all of Belgrade, and Ruby Reeves, Mesa, Ariz.; and 13 grandchildren.
The home address in Winlock is Rt. 2, Box 193.
