Julianita, a lifelong resident of Ranchitos, passed away at the Española Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Leandro Archuleta; and father Alcario Manzanares. An identified sister was Bonifacia.

Julianita was survived by her daughter Obedulia Lujan of Santa Cruz; 2 sons Delfinio and Leandro Jr. of Ranchitos; a sister Apolonia Olivas of San Pedro; 11 grandchildren; and many other relatives.

Funeral services were held 21 Nov 1983 at the Holy Cross Church in Santa Cruz. Burial followed in the Santa Cruz Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers: Luis G. Lujan, Manuel Espinoza, Armando Trujillo, Arturo Olivas, Steve Archuleta, and Joe Trujillo. Honorary pallbearers: Bruce Montoya, Gilberto Trujillo, Bill Voight, Manuel Valdez, Teofilo Medina, Liborio Lopez, Jose Trujillo, David Tafoya, Paul Olivas, Andy Archuleta, and Ben Viarreal.
