Ruth Moyers Sullivan age 98 of Sparta passed away Sunday afternoon December 30, 2012 at Highlands Medical Center. She was born April 5, 1914 in White County to the late Aaron and Connie Davis Moyers. She was also preceded in death by her husband William Landon Sullivan (married May 6, 1961 White County, TN) and a brother, Frank Moyers. She was a retired school teacher in the White County School System.

She is survived by her Sister: Mary Moyers of Sparta along with several cousins.
