Emilio J. Ablondi, 84, died at his home on North Main Street after a long illness. He was born in Boschi (di) Barbone Parma, Italy, the son of Luigi and Prudenza (Torsiglieri) Ablondi.
He married Mary Oneido in White River Junction April 29, 1930.
Mr. Ablondi attended school in Italy and came to the U.S. in 1913. He lived in Kansas and came to Windsor shortly after WWI, where he operated a fruit store until his retirement in 1968.
He was a United States Army veteran, having served during WWI,and was a member of Windsor American Legion Post 25, Windsor Lodge, 1615, BPOE.
Mr. Ablondi was survived by his widow; a sister, Mrs. Adele Niboli; a and a brother, Carlo Ablondi.
