Mr. Beeman was disabled with M.S. for 33 years. He formerly worked as a sexton for the Emmanuel Episcopal Church and as a technician for Fike's concrete, Cumberland.
Surviving are his wife, Jean (Kight) Beeman; three daughters, Barbara Thompson and husband Ken, Cumberland, Beverly Titchenell and husband Jim, Eckhart, and Janet Coleman and husband Wayne, Frostburg; five sons, Ron Beeman and wife Sylvia, Short Gap, W.Va., Rick Beeman and wife Debbie, Cumberland, Eugene Beeman and wife Robin, Cumberland, John Beeman and fiancée Tina Dennison, Bel Air, and Kevin Beeman and wife Patti, Cumberland; one sister, Mary Blubaugh, Cresaptown; four brothers, Cecil Beeman Jr. and friend Shirley, Gilmore, Glenn Beeman and wife Maxine, Cumberland, Richard Beeman and wife Cheryl, LaVale, and Calvin Beeman and wife Bonnie, Missouri; 21 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 10 Step grandchildren; 15 step-great, grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, P.A., 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. George Harpold officiating.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
