Mrs. Samuel Hildebrand Dies

Mrs. Samuel M. Hildebrand, 101 South Rural St., died Friday night in Newman Memorial County Hospital.

Funerals services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Roberts-Blue-Barnett Chapel. they will be conducted by the Rev. Theodore Inman, pastor of the Grace Methodist Church. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.

Mrs. Hildebrand, the former Eva Bell[e] Rector, daughter of Franklin and Carrie Shaver Rector, was born June 16th, 1895, in Neosho Rapids. She was married on July 1st, 1916, in Emporia, to Jesse F. White, who died in February, 1936, and she was married on Feb. 26th.1938.in Cottonwood Falls, to Mr. Hildebrand, who died in 1945. Mrs. Hildebrand was a member of the Go;d Star Mothers Club and the local Army Mother Post. She was preceded in death by her first and second husbands; one son, Glen[n] F. White; two brothers; two sisters; and one grandson, Glen Krueger. She is survived by one son, Lewis E. White, Clearview City, Kan.; one daughter, Mrs. Fred C. (Delia) Krueger, 201 Dorset Drive; one foster son, Donald L. Stair, 930 Oxford Drive; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
