Paul M. Eppley, 78, of 153 N. Middlesex Road, Carlisle, died Monday, June 16, 2003, in Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
Born June 16, 1925, in Carlisle, he was a son of the late Frank A. and Velva (Finkey) Eppley.
He was an auditor for Middlesex Township and owner/operator of a dairy farm.
Mr. Eppley was an auctioneer for 40 years with the Carlisle Livestock Market, and enjoyed hunting deer on his own meadow.
Mr. Eppley is survived by his wife, Arlene A. (McClure) Eppley; a son, Michael M. Eppley of Carlisle; a daughter, Linda Lysle of Carlisle; two sisters, Emma Brenneman and Virginia Buchter, both of Carlisle; two brothers, Robert Eppley and Sylvester Eppley , both of Carlisle, and a granddaughter, Maley Lysle of Carlisle.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Tom Eppley and Oscar Eppley, and two sisters, Zelda Eppley and Ruth Thoman.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle, with the Rev. Tom Moser officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, North Middleton Township.
Friends may call from noon Friday until time of services in the funeral home.
