Mrs. Anna King Schrauder
Mrs. Anna King Shrauder, 68, mother of Mrs. Helen Shailer who is a teacher in the Gloversville schools, died at 8 P. M. Wednesday at her home near Canajoharie. Her death followed a short illness.

Mrs. Shrauder, the wife of Edward C. Shrauder, was born at Canajoharie, the daughter of Charles and Nancy Van Etta King. She lived her entire life in the Canajoharie locality, where she was well known and highly regarded. Early in life, Mrs. Shrauder became a member of the Methodist church and she was always active in the church and its various organizations.

Surviving, besides her daughter, are two sisters, Mrs. Egbert D. Schoonmaker and Mrs. Abram Schoonmaker both of Canajoharie. The funeral service will be at the home of her sister, Mrs. Egbert D. Schoonmaker on Wheelock street on Saturday afternoon at 2 and the remains will be placed in the Arkell Memorial Vault in Canajoharie Falls cemetery to await interment later in the season. Rev. Peter Heller, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church will officiate.
