Judith was born on July 27, 1940, to James Haskell and Elanore (Hollander) Haskell in St. Louis, Mo.
She married Stan Armstrong Sr. on February 7, 1959, in St. Louis, Mo.
Judith moved to Caddo, Okla., in 1966. Later she moved to Durant, Okla., and then to Ardmore. In 1978, she went to work for a local C.P.A. as a bookkeeper. In 1991, they moved throughout the U.S. supporting her family as a homemaker. The couple moved to Terrell, Texas, in 2001.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Stan Armstrong Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Stan Armstrong Sr., of the home; sons, Eric Armstrong of Ardmore and Paul Armstrong of St. Louis, Mo.; four grandchildren, Stanley Armstrong III of Ardmore, Aaron Armstrong of Ardmore, Okla., Sara Beth Armstrong and Melynda Diebel both of Ardmore; great-grandchildren, Bralon Dorse of Ardmore, Ryan Armstrong and Emma Kraus of Sedalia, Mo.; three sisters, Connie, Sandy and Norma; and two brothers, Jimmie and Donnie.
Family visitation will be from 6 until 8 Wednesday evening, December 19, 2012, at Griffin ~ Hillcrest Funeral Home, Ardmore, Okla.
