GA --- Mrs. Annie L Colquitt, age 81, of Ellaville, GA died early Sunday morning, April 18, 2010 at her daughter's residence in Ellaville. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, April 21, 2010 graveside at Sand Bethel Church Cemetery in Taylor Co. Rev. Robert Orr will officiate.
Mrs. Colquitt was born January 26, 1929 in Taylor County, GA, the daughter of Lela Bearl Wisham and J Q Wisham. She retired from Manhattan Shirt Factory and was a member of New Liberty Baptist Church.
Mrs. Colquitt was preceded in death by her husband, Roy, in 2003. She is survived by one daughter, Margie Martin, of Ellaville, GA; one son and daughter in law, Roy Alton and Jackie Colquitt of Hampton, GA; four grandchildren, Shelby Chapman, Al Colquitt and wife Tomomi, Bob Martin and Amanda Colquitt; seven great-grandchildren, Joshua Minick, James Clark, Ben, Kaelynn and Evan Chapman, Hanae and Higen Colquitt; and two great great grandchildren Kylie and Jasper Minick.
Honorary pallbearers will include Bob Martin, James Clark, Josh Minick, Lonnie Wilson, Luther Wilson and Al Colquitt.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 20, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Watson-Giddens Funeral Home in Ellaville, GA.
