Fred Earl Milligan, 64, a longtime resident of Sweet Home, died Monday in Albany.
He was born in Golden, Okla., the son of Fred and Georgia (Rainey) Milligan.
His family moved to Sweet Home in 1950. Fred went to school in Portland to become a diesel mechanic. In 1966, he married Jessie Stover. They had three children before divorcing in 1981. Fred met Tina Rogers in 1994 and they married in 2009.
Fred worked hard all his life to provide for his family. He loved to fish and take drives with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
