Funeral services will be held at noon, Tuesday, December 11, 2012 atShady Grove Baptist Church. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in East Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include three grandchildren; two of whom were reared in the home Patricia (Robert) Wimbush and Aaron Perry (Patricia) Smith, and Shilda E. Brittian; siblings, George Usher and Sarah Crosby; five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
