MRS. PEARL BLOOMSTADT

Mrs. Pearl Bloomstadt passed away at Berwyn, Ill., on May 29, 1940, at the age of 36 years, 10 months and 22 days.

The body was brought to Confidence, Iowa, where funeral services were held at the church on Sunday afternoon, June 2, conducted by Rev. LaGrove, of Centerville. Burial was in the Confidence cemetery.

Mrs. Bloomstadt, who was formerly Miss Pearl Robertson, was born in Confidence, Iowa, on July 7, 1903. Her early life was spent in that community. Later she was employed in Chariton for some time at Clark's Café and was well known in this vicinity. For the past ten years she had lived in or near Chicago. She was married to Elmer Bloomstadt in 1935.

Surviving are her husband, an infant daughter, her parents, three brothers and many friends.
