Mabel was the daughter of Charles and Rosa Main Coulter, and the wife of Albertus "Bert" Smith, who died in 1996. She was survived by a daughter Nora Webber Hutzell, grandson Thomas Webber, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a sister, Anna Mae Kelbaugh.
She was predeceased by her son-in-law, Alfred Webber, in 1983.
Mabel was a homemaker and member of the Brownsville Church of the Brethren.
