RUDIE, Michael N. -- 55, of San Jose, at rest in Palo Alto after a courageous battle with lung disease. Native of Oakland, CA. Upon graduation from high school Michael attended Diablo Valley College before proudly serving in the US Army Airborne Division, during the Vietnam era, as a Helicopter Crew Chief. Loving brother of Karan Rudie, beloved son of the late Norman and Mary Alice Rudie. Michael was an avid collector of rock memorabilia and a great fan of music. His enthusiasm for and knowlege of old movies, music and history was incredible.
