Born in Fort Worth, TX, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Caroline Kisner. She was formerly employed at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Mississippi, was a member and past president of the Women's Professional Business Association, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are several close friends, including Jonathan Tessier of Bristol, Joann and George Gray of Jackson, MS, Marion Wortman of Madison, MS, and Magnolia Sander of Richland, MS.
Private funeral services will be held. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, CA. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 5 Brookside Dr., Wallingford, CT or to the American Diabetes Association, 300 Research Pkwy., Meriden, CT.
