Walter "Glenn" Blick, 74, of Adairville, KY passed away Monday December 3, 2012 at his residence. He was born on May 30, 1938 to the late Layton Turner Blick, Sr. and the late Lillian Smith Blick in Logan County. He was a member of the Second Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon, was a farmer and a member of the Russellville Rural Fire Department Board. Mr. Blick was preceded in death by a brother, Layton Turner Blick, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sue Nelle Blick, his son Chris Blick and wife Christy of Adairville, KY, a brother Clyde Blick of Olmstead, KY, three grandchildren; McKenzie Duncan, Jon-Layton Blick and Hayden Blick.
Funeral services for Walter "Glenn" Blick will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Wednesday December 5, 2012 at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Bro. Steve Smith and Bro. Ben Ferguson officiating, burial will follow in the Dripping Spring Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 8:00 A.M. Wednesday until the funeral hour. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Second Baptist Church Building Fund; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
