GEORGE L. BABANOFF, JR. 45, of Springfield, passed away unexpectedly at the Ohio Masonic Home having been employed by the Ohio Masonic Home since 1991.

He was survived by his mother of Springfield, Ruby E. Cornelison; his beloved companion, Brenda Jo Martin and family; Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Martin, Tim (Bonita) Rathmell, John (Ronda) Parker, Robert M. (Shawn) Martin, all of Springfield, Ohio, and Arthur (Christy) Davis, of South Vienna, Ohio; two uncles and one aunt, Luther Cornelison of Mechanicsburg; and Albert Cornelison and Nora Irwin, both of Springfield; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father-George L. Bananoff, Sr.; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

The family was served by the RICHARDS, RAFF AND DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME Friday from 5 until 8 p.m.

Services were held in the Memorial Home Saturday at 10 a.m. with burial to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park, Springfield, Ohio.

He was graduated from Springfield North High School, Springfield, Ohio, Class of 1967 and never married.
